Your initial session will include a full body workout, made up of various movement screens in order to assess mobility, and properly address your strength and conditioning level. From there, I will be able to set up a holistic and enjoyable program that will correct any weaknesses, improve your strength/conditioning, and accommodate your personal goal! You will begin each session thereafter with a warm-up, and leave every session one step closer to your dream body—my personal guarantee.

    I am on my second 20 session round with Karrisa. I have always worked out, an have trained with other trainers, This girl rocks! I am more fit than I was in my 20’s (I’m 53),I have more strength and definition an feel great. Karrisa is extremely knowledgeable and patient and she is never in a bad mood! If your serious about wanting to be in better shape she will make sure your goals are met!

    I injured my knee, neck, hip and lower back last year before COVID. My doctor suggested I do Physical Therapy or some sort of injury rehabilitation. So I discovered Karissa and found out she helps with injury recovery, she also has her husband that has a physical therapy background. I started my 1st 20 sessions on October 2020 and currently now on my 3rd package session. Over the last 6 months we have seen major improvement, I’m the strongest I have ever been and I gained 2 inches on my quads from the 2nd program she made for me. She has written up reports for my doctor and tracked my progress. She is the best, very informative, very attentive, always so encouraging and super positive. She is definitely a great coach great motivator, and always finds a way to make me laugh.
