Description
This in an 8 week program that covers the full spectrum of hypertrophy training with moderate strength progressions built in. It is a 5 day per week split that hits every body part but the primary focus will be quadriceps hypertrophy. For best results this program would be paired with a caloric surplus, however it can also be used effectively to maintain existing muscle while in a caloric deficit.
