The Gainslinger Protocol

The game has changed….

Gone are the days of just putting in the seat-time and training hard. Everyone does that. As the sport continues to elevate, the athlete must learn to adapt…… or get left behind.

Excellence in sports has always been a function of 3 things: Mastery of skill, a well adapted/conditioned body, and the ability to manage ones own mind. To compete at the highest level…..  proficiency in all three areas is no longer optional.

At Gainslinger Human Performance, we specialize in the development of racers at each level by focusing on the foundational principles responsible for mastery of the Mind, Body and Craft.

Our athletes achieve transformational progression and performance gains by utilizing a reliable and repeatable framework that maximizes skill learning, efficient training and deals with matters of the mind.

A 360-Degree Approach to Rider Development

redefine your Potential

This is not another day at the track spinning laps with a few tips and tricks; This is a complete overhaul of how you engage with the sport of motocross and will fundamentally change how you see your potential as a racer.

Here’s what you can expect

Phase 1: Primer (Zoom)

Success never occurs by accident, intention is required. Before you even gear up you will have clarity on exactly what you can expect and what will be expected of you.

To accomplish this and maximize precious seat time. We will meet via zoom ahead of the class to introduce the concepts you will be learning and ensure that your mind, body and equipment are fully prepared to engage.

Phase 2: The Clinic (Glen Helen)

Led by Josh Mosiman (Motocross Action Magazine) and Cameron Purczynski (Gainslinger Human Performance), we will dive deep into:

  • The Physics and Kinesiology of Motocross: Your motorcycle was engineered by very smart individuals who must obey the laws of physics. In order to use your machine to its potential, you must follow the laws of physics as well.
  • The Science of Skill Acquisition: Fast-track the learning curve by using techniques proven to leverage the full capacity of the  mind/body connection and improve the productivity of every practice session thereafter.
  • On-Track Drills: Real-time correction and observation.

Phase 3: Review & Strategy (Zoom)

After the dust settles, we will review observations from the clinic and establish your Personal Racing Development Program to ensure the breakthroughs you personally experienced were just the start.

You will learn the DIFFERENCE between training for Performance Vs. training for Progress and you will have perfect clarity on what you need to focus on next with no steps left out.

BONUS!

The “Race Ready” Foundation

Every participant receives one month of strength and conditioning, plus nutrition coaching at zero additional cost within Gainslinger Human Performance’s “Race Ready” program.

Motocross is one of the most physically demanding sports on earth. You will learn specific strength and conditioning protocols designed to:

  • Optimize for Moto-Specific Demands: Building the endurance and explosive power needed for a day of full effort moto’s.
  • Injury Prevention: Strengthening the kinetic chain to withstand the unique impacts and stresses of racing.
  • Longevity: Building a foundation for a career that lasts decades.

Registration Details

Total Cost: $299 (Covers all Zoom sessions, the Glen Helen Clinic, Track Entry, and 1 Month of Gainslinger Coaching).
