How does virtual training work?

When you become a member you receive a comprehensive consultation to establish your goals and get a feel for your present level of fitness. Next, one of our coaches will draft  up an overview of your 6 month or 1 year roadmap. Each month you will receive the next phase of your program with every detail included.

How do I Consult Directly with my coach?

You may contact your coach at anytime with any question by using the contact form on your MEMBER DASHBOARD or by sending inquiries directly to training@gainslinger.com

What kind of equipment will I need?

It is highly recommended that you obtain access to as much standard gym equipment as possible but at the very least you should have access to a standard barbell, dumbbells of at least light, moderate and heavy weight, a bench and a squat rack. Remember that your program will be designed for your individual needs and may require additional equipment. If you have questions or concerns about your set up, please email us at training@gainslinger.com

How Do I receive my workouts?

In the spirit of keeping everything personal and confidential, you will receive all of your training materials in your inbox for the email address you provide at the time of sign up. All documents are either PDF format or web links.

What if i need to pause or cancel my Membership?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise as an inescapable part of life. If you need to pause or cancel your membership at anytime, we make it hassle free with no need for preliminary notice and no questions asked.

How does gainslinger keep everything personalized?

Not only is every members unique profile carefully analyzed by an expert coach, we have made the decision to cap the number of active clients we take. This ensures you get the attention you deserve and the help you need in a timely manner.

What if I am unsure of how to perform a certain exercise?

Along with your personalized training program you will receive access to all of our online training resources including an ever growing library of exercises with detailed video instruction. 

How will i know if i'm doing everything right?

Every member is encouraged to participate in our monthly check in. You will receive a fillable form where you will provide all of your stats for the month as well as an open ended journal entry. The more thorough you are, the more effectively we can help you reach your goals!

Is Nutrition Coaching Included?

Every member will receive their recommended caloric intake and macronutrient ratios at the beginning of the month after completing their monthly report. Food sourcing recommendations are provided with special consideration to varying degrees of nutrient quality. If you have additional dietary requirements we would be happy to accommodate you as best we are able.
